I'm not sure I need a wedding planner. What do you do to help?
Apart from making sure you have the show stopping wedding day of your dreams!...we're here to reduce your stress and to make your experience of planning your wedding a more enjoyable one.
Whether that be by handling all of the logistics and wedding admin or providing advice and ideas on the overall wedding design, we can guide you through the complete process. Planning a wedding can take around 250 hours (more depending on the complexity of the day or wedding weekend you have in mind). That's a lot of your time! We can reduce your To Do List by taking tasks off your hands, leaving you to enjoy the more fun parts of planning.
As experienced wedding planners, we know the industry and the right questions to ask venues and wedding suppliers. We know how to schedule your wedding day or wedding weekend to ensure you and your guests have an enjoyable time. When you hire us you don’t have to worry about how your day will flow, who needs to do what and when. That's our job! We will ensure that every detail is taken care of and your day runs beautifully. From organising the initial contact with your suppliers and venue right through to confirming arrangements for managing the day.
Being able to leave this in the hands of a professional wedding planner means you’re free to enjoy the more exciting aspects of the planning, like menu and cake tastings and your dress and suit fittings.

We can get a clear idea of the level of support you need and come back to you with a bespoke proposal for our services. Our services are tailored and as such are priced according to the scale and size of your wedding. I'm worried that if I hire a wedding planner, I will lose control of the plans for my big day?
We never take over or make you feel like you’ve lost control of your plans. Instead, we work with you to ensure every detail is covered for you. We listen, advise and support you throughout your wedding planning journey.
Our chosen venue has an in-house co-ordinator or event manager. Do I still need a wedding planner?
There's a huge difference between the role of a venue co-ordinator or event manager and your own independent wedding planner. The venue co-ordinator is usually responsible for all aspects of the wedding that involve the venue. For example, set up, logistics, deliveries, event take down. A venue co-ordinator will help with specific aspects of your day but won't manage the entire process from start to finish for you in the way that we will as your professional wedding planners. You may also find that the wedding co-ordinator you have been dealing with at the venue in the lead up to your wedding may not be the point of contact on the day itself. Sometimes they hand over to another member of their team or another colleague at the venue like the duty or banqueting manager.
If you hire us to help you from the outset of your wedding plans, we will have a detailed knowledge of your vision for your day or wedding weekend, the suppliers you have booked and the detail of how you want your wedding day to look and feel. Even if you book us towards the end of your plans to provide support in the final few months leading up to your wedding, we will provide help with the arrangements in the last few days leading up to your wedding day. Although the venue's wedding co-ordinator will manage some of the tasks of the day, like ensuring the rooms are ready before your guests to arrive, liaising with the registrar and being the main contact for the day, they will probably not have created a detailed timeline that includes every aspect of your day (especially those things that do not directly relate to the venue).
Which geographical areas do you cover?
We plan weddings across the UK, predominantly working in and around London and the South East, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire and The Cotswolds; and overseas weddings in the Caribbean, including weddings in St Lucia, Barbados, Jamaica and Antigua. We are very happy to discuss plans for weddings in other areas of the UK and worldwide.
I don't live in the UK, can you help?
Absolutely yes! We regularly work with clients who are planning nationally and internationally. We can meet with you via video call throughout all the key stages of your planning and we use an online system to keep you up to date with the progress of your plans.
What kind of weddings do you work on?
Whether you dream of saying your vows in a beautiful historic building, beneath the canopy of a luxurious marquee or tipi or on the sandy beach or private villa on a stunning island in the Caribbean, we can assist you every step of the way with your wedding plans. We aim to deliver beyond expectation and like to ensure you feel completely looked after.
I'm not sure how much help I really need. Do I have to book a set package?
We don't believe in a one size fits all approach to wedding planning and therefore do not offer prescriptive packages. We offer a range of flexible full planning services and tailor them to suit your specific requirements. We can be on hand at the earliest stage of your wedding planning journey to reduce the stress you may feel by managing all the details from start to finish.
