Investment
Our planning services are designed to provide complete support throughout your wedding journey, allowing you to enjoy the experience while we manage every detail.
We typically work with couples planning weddings with an overall budget from £90,000 upwards, with our planning approach and level of involvement carefully tailored to the scale, location and complexity of each celebration. This level of investment allows for a considered approach to design, guest experience and seamless delivery.
For smaller celebrations or couples seeking support with specific aspects of planning, we also offer tailored options with bespoke fees based on the level of assistance required.
Following your introductory consultation, we will create a personalised proposal recommending the most suitable service and outlining the planning investment in full.

" From the first conversation, Val took so much care to get to know us and listen carefully to what was important to us in planning our wedding. She assembled a dream team of suppliers to work with, taking into consideration our style and personalities. She kept in constant communication with us and helped make even the stressful moments really fun. On the day of our wedding? Val ensured a flawless experience for us and our guests. While Val was amazing to work with all along the way, we appreciated most her focus on helping us remember this is a special day for the two of us to represent our love and commitment. A huge thank you to Val and her team for an amazing wedding weekend! "

We are always happy to answer any questions you may have. In the meantime, you may find helpful information within our frequently asked questions.
We never take over or make you feel like you’ve lost control of your plans. Instead, we work with you to ensure every detail is covered for you. We listen, advise and support you throughout your wedding planning journey.
It’s a very common question — and the short answer is that a venue co-ordinator and an independent wedding planner have very different roles.
A venue co-ordinator or event manager is responsible for elements directly related to the venue itself. This typically includes access, set-up of venue spaces, deliveries, logistics within the property and overseeing the venue team. Their focus is, quite rightly, on the smooth operation of the venue on the day.
What they don’t usually do is manage your wedding as a whole. They won’t oversee your entire planning journey, guide you through decision-making, curate and manage your supplier team, or hold the full vision for how your wedding should look, feel and flow from start to finish. It’s also worth noting that the person you’ve been liaising with in the lead-up may not always be the person present on the day itself, as responsibility is sometimes handed over to another member of the venue team.
As your wedding planners, we act as your independent advocates. If you engage us from the outset, we build an in-depth understanding of your vision, priorities, guest experience and every supplier involved. We manage communication, anticipate challenges, and ensure all the moving parts come together seamlessly.
Even if you bring us on later in the process, we step in during the final weeks to review every detail, create a comprehensive timeline covering every aspect of your day — including those that fall outside the venue’s remit — and coordinate all suppliers so nothing is missed.
On the wedding day itself, we work alongside the venue team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while you and your guests simply enjoy the celebration. The result is a calm, cohesive and beautifully orchestrated experience — not just for the venue, but for your entire wedding day.
Absolutely yes! We regularly work with clients who are planning nationally and internationally. A lot of the planning can be completed remotely. We can meet with you via video call throughout all the key stages of your planning and we use an online system to keep you up to date with the progress of your plans.
Yes — we plan and manage weddings across the UK, from elegant city venues to countryside estates and private homes.

We work on intimate celebrations through to large-scale weddings. The key factor is alignment with our planning style and service level.
Yes.
