I've been an admirer of Elizabeth Stuart wedding dresses ever since I first met Elizabeth in her Nottingham studio back in 2012 so I was very excited to receive details of the 2016 collection.
Speaking about her new collection Elizabeth says:
"Brides will find the personification of a woman’s inner strength and individuality juxtaposed to her grace and sensuality. Unique to only women....being able to hold such power, while possessing the ability to bring a soft light to a moment in time that lasts forever in the hearts and minds of those that cannot help but love them. Through the use of beautiful Chantilly lace and luxurious silk georgette, the pieces offer beautiful movement and details that highlight the feminine curves of the bride.
These softer gowns are coupled with more tailored pieces, constructed with beautifully textured fabrics that offer powerful structured silhouettes for the bride. This collection is the embodiment of the alluring qualities that make women who they are, with their ability to possess amazing strength and combine it with mesmerising beauty and grace. It’s these charming traits that captivated the groom from the moment that they met, and one of the many reasons why he falls deeper in love with his beautiful bride with every passing day".

As ever it's almost impossible to say which design is my favourite! From Elizabeth's past collections, I still have a huge crush on Moonflower and have also had the pleasure of working on a styled shoot earlier this year where we showcased four dresses from the 2014 Autumn collection - Dara, Willow and Aspen and Linden. My style crush of the Elizabeth Stuart 2016 collection has to be Georgiana. I love the 2 very differnt looks you can have with the same dress and the drama of that cape!
Thank you to Elizabeth for letting us feature the new collection. The full list of credits for the collection images is listed below.
So what do you think? Which one is your favourite?

Have you been asking yourself, "Why do I need a wedding planner?" or wondering "What does a wedding planner actually do?"
Feeling overwhelmed by the sheer volume of wedding inspiration is a common experience. There’s so much out there to consume, process, and consider. Rather than fuelling creativity and sparking ideas, too much inspiration can lead to analysis paralysis.

If you’ve enjoyed the wedding planning process, but you’re starting to think you might need some extra help on the day itself, Wedding Day Management could be the perfect solution.

Speeches are a cherished wedding tradition and usually a key element of any wedding reception. They allow the couple and members of the wedding party to express their love, appreciation and gratitude for each other and everyone else in attendance. They also play an important role in setting the tone of a wedding reception, often adding a touch of emotion and a hint of fun.
