The Wedding Industry Awards 2017 - Our Awards Hat Trick

The Wedding Industry Awards 2017

It's been a pretty exciting week here at Benessamy as we have picked up another wedding award.

For the 3rd year in a row we've won the Wedding Planner of the Year at The Wedding Industry Awards. To say I'm thrilled would be an absolute understatement!

So happy! @twia_official Thank you!

The awards were presented by the founder of The Wedding Industry Awards, Damian Bailey at the Regional event on Tuesday evening which was held at The Nottinghamshire Golf and Country Club.

As well as picking up our award it was so lovely to celebrate with many of our East Midlands wedding industry colleagues, lots of whom also picked up awards! HUGE Congratulations to all of the regional finalists and to the other fabulous winners at the Regional Finals.

So lovely to introduce our latest intern Stella (pictured here on the left) to the lovely Anna who was our intern last year. A really proud moment seeing Anna enjoying the Regional Finals event last night as part of the fabulous team @westmillvenue who picked up the Best City Venue @twia_official award! Anna is really enjoying her role as an Event Manager at The West Mill. So proud and happy for her!

it was also to raise a glass to Jo and Peter Beardmore who have now retired from their multi award wedding transport business Dennisson Classic Cars. As well as winning awards over the years, they have also enjoyed their role as a Judge of the Transport category of The Wedding Industry Awards.

Our award would not have been possible without our clients who voted and to all of the talented wedding suppliers we have worked with over the past year. So a HUGE thank you to each and every one of you! 2016 has been an incredible year of weddings and events - our busiest year ever! To receive this recognition again this year is wonderful.

Winning the regional award means that along with the other fabulous regional winners we are now through to the National finals event in London in January.

You can find a full list of the winners from the East Midlands here.

Until next time,

Happy Planning!
