Fabulous weddings, parties, events and news - The year, so far

Sorrento, Italy

After a lovely summer holiday with my family visiting Sorrento, Rome and Naples (so many beautiful places and lots of delicious food!! I returned to the office this week feeling refreshed and ready for the exciting few months ahead.

This year has been a busy and fabulous year so far with so many wonderful weddings, parties and events. As a result, I've not posted a blog for a little while so I thought you might like to see this brief round up in pictures of some of what's been happening here at Benessamy:

We are proud to support the work of the national charity Gift of a Wedding who organise weddings for people who are terminally ill. It was an absolute pleasure to be able to assist with the co-ordination of Mark and Jenette's wedding back in March.

I was thrilled to be asked to contribute to a feature for the Derbyshire Life Magazine on wedding trends for 2017. The article has now been published in their September issue and can also be found in our Media and Awards sections.

Wedding Trend Forecast - Derbyshire Life Magazine - September 2016

and last but by no means least.....The Wedding Industry Awards - Best Wedding Planner - 2017 nomination

I'm so chuffed that Benessamy have been nominated again this year and that we have already received votes from our clients. It really means a lot. If we've worked on your wedding between 24th October 2015 and 23rd October 2016, you can place your vote here.

Our next wedding is just under two weeks away and it's going to be amazing! I'm also working on an exiting project for the venue consulting side of the business and hope to share news of that with you very soon. In the meantime, please keep an eye out on the blog for more advice and news posts and stay in touch with us over on our Instagram, Facebook and Twitter profiles.

Until next time,

Happy Planning!
