Drive my spanking clean black van with very loud music down the M1, enter the gorgeous farm road we are in to enter the Mambo Mobile Barn. Here there is a cool looking cocktail lounge where normally you would expect to find cattle and not Martinis, and here the day starts. The team sits down and we go through the daily and weekly events, talk through the detail of the upcoming events and come up with creative ideas for new things we can offer.
Oh and I almost forgot! We always have cake! Jennifer (our admin Queen) and Leanne (our venue coordinator) love cake, and as the saying goes...a meeting without a cake....Might as well call it an email!
After the meeting, we all complete our various tasks and I usually make tea for everybody. My team which also includes Cameron (our Assistant Manager) makes up the dream team and I can’t praise them enough for how much they love what they do.
When it's time to lock up, we all race out. Yes, we love Mambo, but we also love life!
I am excited about the online side of the business. Our virtual cocktail classes are becoming increasingly popular. We offer a basic package where we host a class on Zoom and clients provide their own ingredients or an upgraded version where we deliver everything they need.
